Ready to Transform your Life?
Schedule a free discovery call and take that first step toward transformation
-
A Discovery Call is a free, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to coaching, what you're hoping to create or resolve in the next few months, and whether working together feels like a genuine fit. It's the first step in building a coaching partnership grounded in trust.
-
The call is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We'll spend most of the time connecting and exploring what you want out of coaching — what's calling you toward it, what's been getting in the way of what you want, and what a meaningful outcome would look like for you. Toward the end, I'll share a bit about how I work and the programs available, and you'll have plenty of time to ask questions.
-
Definitely. There's no cost and no questionnaire to fill out beforehand — I want it to be as easy as possible for you to take this first step.
-
If you're asking that question, the answer is already yes. Coachability isn't about having it all figured out or being endlessly positive — it's about being willing. Willing to get curious about your own life. Willing to sit with a question before rushing to answer it. Willing to imagine something different from what you've always known, even before you know exactly how to get there.
You don't need to arrive with clarity, confidence, or a polished plan. You just need a spark of "there's more for me than this" — even a small one. That spark is enough. My job is to help you fan it into something real.
So yes — you're coachable. The fact that you're even considering this is proof you already believe in your own possibility. Schedule that discovery call and let’s figure out what that possibility looks like.
-
Not really. It helps to come with a loose sense of what's on your mind — a challenge, a goal, an area of life where you'd like to be thriving but aren't quite there yet. But it's completely fine to show up unsure. Part of what we'll do together is find the shape of what you actually want to work on.
-
That's common, and it's okay. Some helpful starting points: What brings you joy? What's been challenging lately? Where do you feel stuck? Where would you like to be thriving that you're not currently? We can use the call to talk through these until something resonates.
-
Coaching isn't therapy and it isn't consulting. As your coach, I don't hand you answers or diagnose you — I believe you already hold the insight and capability you need, and my role is to ask powerful questions, reflect what I'm hearing, and offer honest observations that help you see blind spots, shift perspective, and take action. Therapy is often focused on the past and healing, coaching is focused on the present and future and thriving. If at any point it seems like a different kind of support (like therapy, bodywork, or another modality) would serve you better, I'll say so. Holistic coaching means approaching things in — well, a holistic way. That means looking at your whole self and your whole life, both external and internal. We explore different levels — emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual — and how these levels connect. We do this in whatever way resonates with you and your goals.
True transformation happens when you look at your whole self. Rather than focusing narrowly on one problem, holistic coaching connects your external goals and wants to your internal values, purpose, and meaning — so change in one area of your life supports the others.
It's not just about insight — it's about embodiment. Holistic coaching helps you move beyond simply understanding something intellectually to actually embodying it. Embodiment is a process of realizing each aspect of our self - feeling and experiencing its connection to our whole. Your thoughts and emotions shape your body; your body, in turn, shapes your thoughts and emotions. Holistic coaching works directly with these connections, so what you gain in a session doesn't stay as an idea — it becomes something you actually live.
-
Absolutely — many people come to their first Discovery Call having never worked with a coach. If that's you, I'll walk you through what coaching actually is, what to expect, and how I work, so you can make a confident, informed decision.
-
Real transformation happens when you invest in yourself, fully.
A package gives us the time and continuity to go deeper, build real momentum, and turn insight into lasting change — because you and the life you're creating are worth that investment.
Session Packages
Choose a package of 4, 6, or 10 sessions, scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly — whatever pace fits your life.
In every session, you'll walk away with insight, a clear action step, and accountability to follow through.
I generally recommend a longer container (6 or 10 sessions) when possible, since it tends to produce the most transformative and lasting results — but the right fit depends on your goals, your timeline, and what feels doable for you.
Coming soon! — Structured Theme Packages. These packages are built around a specific focus, such as Living in Alignment, Discovering Your Most Brilliant Self, Healing to Thriving, Reset My Nervous System, or Reset My Life. Each one follows a thoughtful sequence of sessions built around that theme, and includes supporting materials and optional worksheets to help you get the most out of the work between sessions. That said, the sequence is a guide, not a rulebook — if something else comes up that needs attention in a given session, we'll work on that instead. These packages are also tailored to you and your life, not one-size-fits-all.
Structured packages will also be available in 6 or 10 session packages.

We'll talk it through together on the call. Generally, I recommend a longer container when possible, since it tends to produce the most transformative results — but the right fit depends on your goals, your timeline, and what feels doable for you.
-
That's completely okay, and there's no obligation either way. Not every coach is the right fit for every person, and I'd rather we both feel confident in the decision than rush into a partnership that isn't aligned. If it's not a fit, I'm happy to point you toward other resources or support that might serve you better.

After we hang up, I'll follow up with a short recap of what we discussed. I typically ask that you let me know within a week which program (if any) you'd like to move forward with, but you're always welcome to reach out sooner with questions or to choose your package and book your first session — or if you need a bit more time, we can set up a follow-up call.
