• we are all creative, capable, resourceful, whole, and magnificent. We all have our own unique and brilliant light to shine

  • we are always becoming. There is no best version of us that we can get to and then be done. There is always a more becoming version of us.

  • we can continually transform our lives but we have to be willing to change. We have to be willing to be uncomfortable, to flail and to fail, and to let go of ways of being and doing that we are attached to knowingly or unknowingly.

  • life is about feeling OUR own aliveness in as many moments as possible. For me that looks like living in alignment with my current values, meaning-making, feeling wonder and joy as much as possible, seeing the sacredness all around me, being grateful, not taking life too seriously, and playing in the possibilities.

  • what is True and Right for me, is not necessarily True and Right for anyone else nor does it need to be; and that for many of us, for most of our lives, we are using at least part of someone else’s True and Right to guide our lives

  • if we remain curious with ourselves and the mundane details of our lives we can open up wonder, beauty, and the sacredness in everything

  • to truly heal we need to feel. Trauma of all shapes and sizes lives in our bodies and can’t just be fixed through our minds. We need to acknowledge, nurture, and love those parts that might feel broken and/or wrong, parts that we might hide or not acknowledge, even to ourselves

  • we are all interconnected. We need connection. We need connection with other people and with nature.

  • joy matters.

I believe….

  • because I believe we all becoming our most brilliant selves and sometimes we need someone to shine a light on what that means for us and to help us actualize it.

  • because we are all capable of creating our own intentions and change, having our own awareness, insights, and ah-ha moments and we all need a guide sometimes to help us see our blind spots and blockers, hear what we are not hearing ourselves say, ask us thought provoking questions that help us go deeper, shift perspective, see patterns, find solutions, and create next steps

  • because I want to help others stop apologizing for being themselves, stop shrinking, stop holding back. I want to help others stand in who they are and show that person to the world unapologetically.

  • because I know it is so easy to live someone else’s story or just some outdated story and it can be so hard to learn new stories for ourselves. I want everyone to know and live their own, magically unique lives.

  • because there is immense power in being truly heard and seen by someone

  • because I truly believe coaching can help you transform your life

Why I coach…….

  • a certified holistic life coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, a software developer.

  • someone who has changed careers three times, even when most people’s reactions to those changes were often intense and against them. I am someone who knows our paths are not straight lines and often the best stuff lives on the other side of a crazy curve. I am someone who knows to truly know our aliveness we need to be willing to allow our lives to take whatever direction most aligns with our truest selves…and our truest self evolves.

  • someone who listens well and holds space for others to be exactly themselves - their whole selves as is.

  • someone who has spent many years healing, growing, and expanding through therapy, through being coached, and through my own reading and listening to others who have healed or are healers. I have done this through my own often messy, stumbling, heartbreakingly hard and also magically, beautiful lived experiences. I have done this by rewriting my stories and reprogramming ways of being that I learned way too young in the belief that they would keep me safe and loved.

  • someone who can make lemonade out of almost any lemons.

  • someone who knew deep within that coaching was my path and took the leap to actualize it

  • someone who has learned to set better boundaries; learned to listen to my body and allow it to feel what it feels; learned that I can’t force, criticize, or judge myself into reacting differently or being different - I can only nurture myself with fierce compassion into a new way of being. These are all still works-in-progress. I am still a work-in-progress - I am still becoming.

  • I am also traveler, an explorer, a lover of nature and simply being outside in it, a hiker, a biker, a yogi, a meditator, a creative, an occasional climber, a reader, a want to be writer, a partner, a friend, a sister, a daughter, a sister-in-law, a niece, a cousin…and so much more

I am….
